About Us

At Homeward Occupational Therapy, we believe that meaningful participation in everyday life is at the heart of wellbeing. Being able to participate in the activities that matter most, whether that's living safely at home, pursuing hobbies, or remaining involved in the community, can have a significant impact on a person's confidence, independence, and quality of life.

By taking a collaborative and practical approach, we work alongside clients, families, and support networks to identify strategies and solutions that support function, enhance safety, and promote independence.

Our aim is to empower people to continue doing the things that are meaningful to them, with greater confidence and participation in everyday life. Through tailored assessment, recommendations, and support, we help individuals navigate challenges and maximise their ability to live life their way.
