Our recommendations are tailored to your goals, lifestyle and environment, helping to support independence, safety and participation in daily life.

Common assessments we complete include:

• NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)

• Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments

• Manual Handling and Transfer assessments

• Falls Risk assessments

• Support at Home AT-HM assessment and recommendation (see assistive tehcnology and home modification pages)

We also prepare detailed reports and supporting documentation for funding bodies, including the NDIS or Support At Home, to help demonstrate support needs, justify recommendations and support access to appropriate services and funding.
